Brief Description



Analysis of current diet, micro nutrient deficiencies, protein/carb/fat requirements for PAL and nutritional guidance and planning NB. It is a further £45 for a full report. 


30 mins pool Technique analysis, stroke rate and length testing, strategies to improve and train by, written report of guidance and advice


45 min OW Technique analysis, stroke rate and length testing, strategies to improve and train by, written report of guidance and advice


Pool based Technique analysis, stroke rate and length testing, strategies to improve and train by, written report of guidance and advice along with before and after video to show development and changes


A basic contact point bike fit for the weekend rider to ensure comfort, injury prevention and endurance whilst on a bike


A detailed contact point and rider geometry analysis including cleat float and shim selection for leg length deficiencies to ensure comfort, injury prevention, saddle position, aerodynamics and performance gains


One hour gym based session goal lead by the individual with technique and physiological adaptation advice for the goal defined


Cardio based one hour session utilising technique, endurance, interval and intensity within the training style ie run, bike, core etc


The individual athlete pre defines a goal which is mapped into a swim, bike, run, transition or fueling session with a particular learning aim



Swim, bike, run single sessions to allow the athlete to have a range of data by which to train from; HR, HRZ, RPE, wattage, time and distance


A club, group or comunity pre defines a goal which is mapped into a swim, bike, run, transition or fueling session with a particular learning aim
