The descriptions below give prospective athletes an overview of the different types of coaching and support services Forever Tri  can offer. They are neither prescriptive, nor set, until discussed and designed with each individual.

Multisport Coaching and Training Plans - Swim/Bike/Run

From international Age Group Sprint Triathlons to Ironman Triathlons, form British Team Duathlons to a whole range of regional multi-sport disciplines, from first timers to non swimmers, Forever Fit's coaching staff can support you on your journey: with swim/bike/run training plans, nutrition for racing, periodisation, gym based conditioning, technique and equipment selection. We have worked with those completely new to the sport and preparing for their first race, right through to those making breakthroughs at national level. Forever Tri can design a bespoke package that will see you achieve your potential.

What do you get within a "Forever Tri" coached athlete package?

  • Access to a fully qualified British Triathlon High Performance Triathlon Coach
  • A free 1 hr consultation to precede formal coaching 
  • Personal and periodised training plans for all phases of the season from Winter Base to Peak/Race phase
  • Access to reduced cost 1 to 1 swim training sessions (via local triathlon team)
  • Access to either remote or 1 to 1 testing guidance to set base line and bench mark data 
  • All training sessions uploaded to Training Peaks (both computer and mobile access)
  • Feedback and comments on sessions where and when needed
  • Member of a private social media group to share ideas,information, knowledge, training tools, debates and access Forever Tri tutorial videos
  • Discounted triathlon retail items (wetsuits, dryrobes, goggles etc)
  • Discounted Bike Fit and other analysis sessions
  • Discounted 1 to 1 personal training sessions

Current base line monthly coaching fee is £50
Athletes are advised to upgrade their Training Peaks accounts to TP Premium at a cost of £8

Gym Based Personal Training

Forever Tri has access to state of the art gym facilities with scientific observation, a range of weight training and cardio equipment and a recovery suite. Train alongside like minded individuals and get one on one support, coaching and planning with your personal trainer.  Forever Tri will guide and teach you how to effectively utilise all relevant training aids and equipment to help make you a confident gym user. As well as this, understanding the physiology that goes with your specific training is a must to become a  self motivated and successful athlete as we plan and train towards your goals.

From Couch to Competition

If you have made the decision to make a big change in your life and have set your mind on one particular goal; completing a local race for charity, crossing the finish line in a marathon, participating in an endurance event or just achieving a mile stone in your own fitness and health, Forever Tri can guide, motivate and plan all aspects of this challenge with you. The road is never easy for feats like this but Forever Fit's wealth of knowledge and experience will see you complete, compete and succeed as efficiently and confidently as is possible.

Weight Management, Health & Well Being 

Many people struggle to know where to start, how to sustain and how to be consistent when trying to manage weight goals without resorting to fad dieting and possibly dangerous practices. Forever Tri only use tried and tested methods with substance and integrity, based around the balance between nutritional understanding and the benefits of exercise and mobility. We will help you set achievable and realistic goals and plan both diet and training goals that suit your lifestyle. Utilising innovative industry nutritional guidance  and supplementation alongside a consistent and realistic training plan, we aim to help you realise those changes that have been elusive for so long.
